On 14th October 2020, the People’s Committee of Can Tho city held a seminar on “Dialogue between Government and Enterprises in Can Tho City”. The seminar chair was chaired by Mr. Duong Tan Hien – Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Can Tho City, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan – Deputy Head of Delegation in charge of the National Assembly delegation of Can Tho city.
Mr. Duong Tan Hien saided that Can Tho city was issued by the Politburo Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW dated August 5th, 2020 on the construction and development of Can Tho city until 2030, vision to 2045 and the Resolution of the 14th Congress of the Party Committee of Can Tho City clearly define enterprises as the driving force for economic development. Therefore, in the coming time, the City government will continue to create and focus on building an open and transparent investment environment, promoting start-ups, creating all favorable conditions for enterprises, homes to invest stably, develop production and enterprises and become the driving force of the city’s economy. On this occasion, the city wishes the enterprise community to effectively mobilize and use resources, strengthen links, joint ventures, cooperate together to develop, overcome the current difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. cause, contribute to promoting growth and socio-economic development.
