Can Tho Promotion Agency (CPA) and representatives of departments, Tam Phuong Nam Seafood JSC had a meeting with Kobelco Eco-Solutions Co., Ltd. Vietnam (KES) on February 21st, 2019.
At the meeting, KES introduced the company capacity in the field of environmental treatment, including: water, wastewater and garbage treatment, joint investment in developing industrial processing areas. Besides, the delegation will discuss opportunities for immediate cooperation for the business trip of Can Tho to Japan in March and the direction of long-term cooperation.
Introduction of representatives of Kobelco Eco-Solutions Vietnam
Exchanging at the meeting, representatives of Can Tho Export Processing Zone and Industrial Zone Authority and Department of Construction introduced wastewater treatment system of Can Tho city in general and Industrial Park in particular. Thereby proposing KES to support designing and constructing of Can Tho wastewater treatment plant from 30,000m3 / day to 60,000m3 / day in the future.
Here, Can Tho City Development and Investment Fund also proposed cooperation in the field of wastewater treatment for 02 industrial parks – IT Park and Vietnam – Japan Industrial Park. In addition, representatives of Tam Phuong Nam Seafood JSC also expressed their desire to cooperate with KES in converting the Company’s wastewater treatment system from Category B to A to reduce wastewater treatment costs when moving to a wastewater treatment plant in Thot Not Industrial Park.
Overview of cooperation between Kobelco Eco-Solutions Vietnam and Can Tho side
Through the exchanging contents from both sides, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Tung, Director of CPA proposed that on the upcoming trip to Japan in March, the two sides will conduct a specific exchange and sign a memorandum of cooperation.
Continue the working schedule in Can Tho city, on the morning of February 22nd, 2019, KES will have a field trip at Tam Phuong Nam Seafood JSC and O Mon Industrial Park./.
