Implementing the Politburo’s direction on the program “Vietnamese use Vietnamese goods”, to support enterprises to increase goods consumption, promote products and services and serve the demand of purchasing goods of local people. Can Tho Promotion Center and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Can Tho city and People’s Committee of Binh Thuy district organized the fair “Vietnamese goods with workers” within The Youth with Workers Day 2018, with the desire to take care of the material and spiritual life of workers. Through this activity, workers have the opportunity to contact and use high quality Vietnamese goods with reasonable price.
Participating in the Fair this time, there are 28 enterprises in the city of Can Tho, Mekong Delta and Ho Chi Minh City registered with many fields such as food, cosmetics, garments, household goods, consumer goods, handicrafts, seedlings and supermarkets with 52 booths ensure the size and quality. In addition to the direct selling activities, the Organizing Board has mobilized enterprises to support the local social program to present 30 gifts (500,000 VND / gift) to their workers with difficulties situations, 10 scholarships (01 million VND / scholarship) for disadvantaged students achievement of excellence students.
In addition to the above activities, the organizers also implemented other programs such as a running test; Football exchange; An exciting and vibrant entertainment and games show takes place each night at the stage to serve local workers and people.
